- Immediate Action: Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we will take immediate action
- Content Removal: Allegedly infringing content will be immediately removed or access disabled
- Account Penalties: Repeat infringers' accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated
- Legal Consequences: Serious infringement acts may face legal prosecution

4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Identification: Identification and location of the material that was removed or disabled
- Good Faith Statement: Statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Jurisdiction Consent: Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court
- Service Acceptance: Consent to accept service of process from the original notice party
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Handling of Repeat Infringers:
- Three-Strike System: First infringement warning, second temporary ban, third permanent ban
- Serious Infringement: For serious infringement acts, we may skip warnings and directly ban accounts
- Appeal Mechanism: Wrongfully banned users can restore accounts through the appeal process
- Record Keeping: We maintain infringement records to prevent repeat violations
6. Fair Use and Exceptions
We recognize the following situations that may constitute fair use:
- Educational Purposes: Non-commercial use for teaching and academic research
- Commentary and Criticism: Use for commentary, criticism, or news reporting
- Parody and Satire: Transformative parody works
- Personal Use: Purely personal, non-commercial use
However, these exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with the final determination resting with the courts.
